AAPFC is a method for automated annotation of functional categories from the Gene Ontology to proteins. For more information, please see the Methods section. Please contact us if you would like to have AAPFC trained on annotated proteins from other taxonomic groups. This web site can process small batches of protein sequences interactively. Theoretically, the maximum uploading file size is 2M. For large data sets, please contact the authors*.
